What does all of this launch strategy look like, on a practical level? We’ve split your Intensive into three key phases:


We’ll take a look at what you have in place already—whether it’s an initial idea or past launch data.

This phase includes:

  • A pre-session questionnaire to clarify your vision and articulate your goals.
  • An initial review of any launch materials you’ve used in the past, if you have them.


You won’t get far without a map, and this part of the Intensive will show you exactly where to go. From what pre-launch sales vehicle to focus on to the cadence of your sales emails, we’ll work together to create a launch strategy that’s aligned with your goals.

This phase includes:

  • A 60-minute call with a North Star launch specialist to dig into the details of your upcoming launch and generate supportive recommendations.
  • Delivery of a customized roadmap and suggested timeline for your launch based on your specific goals, providing you and your team with strategic direction on what to create. 
  • Positioning recommendations so you can approach content creation with the message to get your audience’s attention.
  • Up to 2 rounds of edits on your map to make sure it’s spot on.


We’re almost go for launch! We’ll wrap up the Intensive process by providing additional tools and support designed to help you create a successful launch experience.

For this phase, you’ll receive:

  • A detailed launch checklist to confirm you have every single piece in place.
  • Copywriting templates for every phase of your launch, guiding you through everything from email copy to sales page structure.
  • Additional resources and tools we think might support you as they come up during your session. We’ll make sure you have the resources you need to be successful.
  • 2 weeks of additional Q&A support from your launch expert about your launch strategy.

How do I know if this is a good fit?

Our Launch Strategy Intensive is designed for anyone who’s looking to create a powerful launch for their offer. If you’ve never done it before, or have limited experience, this is a great opportunity to create a solid launch strategy right from the start. If you’re an experienced launcher, this is a chance for you to optimize what you’ve already done.

How long does the process take from start to finish?

The process takes about four weeks, depending on your business and the extent of your launch. Complex launches may require additional weeks.

How far ahead of my launch should I schedule my Intensive?

Ideally, you should schedule your Intensive 2–3 months in advance. This will give you plenty of time to get all your launch assets in order and leave a buffer in case any adjustments need to be made.

Does this only apply to live launches?

No! We can also sit down to help you with your evergreen launches—or with turning a live launch into an evergreen launch. This helps you create more recurring revenue in your business, without needing to rely on launch windows that take extra time and energy.

Will you write the copy for my launch?

This intensive focuses on the strategy behind your launch. If you want support writing the content (sales page, email sequences, landing pages, etc.) we do offer a separate copywriting service, which you can learn more about here.

What kind of results can I expect?

That depends. We can provide the recommendations, but it’s up to you to implement them. Every business is different, and because of that we don’t guarantee specific results. What we can guarantee is that we’ll provide you with a solid plan for optimizing your launch for success.

Launches require a lot of tech. We can make recommendations about what platforms to use, and we’re happy to introduce you to the right expert from our incredible network of digital marketing partners.
